Pengaruh Corporate Governance Terhadap Firm Performance Yang Di Moderasi Dengan Capital Structure (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di BEI 2015 - 2017)

This study aims to analyze the effect of Corporate Governance on Firm Performance which is moderated by capital Struture. The population used by companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) The sample in this study amounted to 127 companies. The sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Institutional ownership does not significantly influence the value of the company. 2) Public ownership has a significant effect on the value of the company. 3) Managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on the value of the company. 4) Capital Structure has a significant effect on firm value, 5) Capital structure can moderate between institutional ownership and firm value, 6) Capital structure can moderate between public ownership and firm value, 7) Capital structure can moderate between managerial ownership and firm value
