Analisis Keberhasilan Corporate Turnaround Pada Saat Financial Distress (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2017)

In conditions of decline in the performance of the company, the company will potentially experience financial distress and even go bankrupt. Many factors have caused corporate turnaround of companies experiencing financial distress, among others Δseverity, company size, free asset, assets retrenchment and employee eficiency. This study aims to determine the effect of Δseverity, company size, free asset, assets retrenchment and employee eficiency on success of corporate turnaround companies that experience financial distress in registered non-financial sector companies at BEI 2014-2017 period. Quantitative research design using secondary data in the form of financial statements of non-financial sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The number of research samples as many as 14 companies during 4 years were taken by purposive sampling. Corporate financial disstructions were measured using the Altman t-2 Z-score. Data analysis techniques using logistic regression. The research results indicate the accuracy level is 74,4%. Partially Δseverity, company size, and employee eficiency have influence on success of the turnaround that experience financial distress. Free assets, and assets retrenchment does not influence on success of the turnaround that experience financial distress. While simultaneously severity, company size, free assets, assets retrenchment, and employee eficiency influence on the success of the company’s turnaround that experience financial distress
