Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is a friction welding method, which in the process does not require any adder or filler material. The heat used to soften the metal works from friction between a rotating object (pin) with a stationary object (workpiece). The purpose of this research is to know microstructure and strength of different material welding joint by doing micro testing, Vickers Hardness Test, and Tensile Test on FSW welding. The materials used are 1100 Series Aluminum plate and Copper plate, Brass, Parameter which is 1250 rpm spindle speed, feed speed 12,5 mm / minute.
