Analisis Potensi Dan Pengembangan Objek Wisata Taman Satwa Taru Jurug Di Kecamatan Jebres Kota Surakarta

This research was conducted at Taru Jurug Animal Park tourist attraction because it has the potential to be developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of Taru Jurug Animal Park tourism objects and analyze the development of Taru Jurug Animal Park attractions. The method used in this study is the method of observation and in-depth interviews. Observation to determine the scoring value of several variables, namely the quality of tourist objects, the condition of attraction attractions, accessibility, object support facilities, and complementary facilities. In-depth interviews were conducted with several informants such as the Surakarta City Tourism Office, Managing Director of Taru Jurug Animal Park, and Taru Jurug Animal Park Employees, in-depth interviews to determine the development of Taru Jurug Animal Park tourism attraction with SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that tourism objects have a moderate potential classification. Development efforts can be made, namely (1) improving the quality of tourism objects by maximizing land with various innovations, (2) renewing the infrastructure that allows it to be a selling point, (3) cooperating with other parties to be a capital opportunity in developing objects tourism, (4) periodic renewal of human resources to support the construction of natural objects.
