Analisis Efisiensi Teknis Industri Besar dan Sedang di Provinsi Jawa Tengah 2011-2014

The aim of this research is to analysize the achievement of technical efficiency in large and medium industries in The Central Java Province of 2011- 2014. The input factors analyzed are the value of capital, the value of raw materials, the value of fuel gas lectric power, and the amount of labor, while the output factor is the product of the firm. Analytical techniques used in this study is the Stochastic Frontier Production Function. Variables used output value (Y), value of capital (βk), value of raw materials (βL), value of fuel, electric power, gas (βM), and worker (βN). Data collection methods using secondary data. The data is obtained from BPS based on Standard Classification Of Indonesian Business Class (KBLI) in the period 2011-2014 which is published in the Central Java Publication In Figures in various editions. The result of the research shows that the function of the research result shows that the production function used can caculate the technical efficiency of large ang medium industries in Central Java Province. The average technical efficiency from 2011-2014 generated from the production function is the average technical efficiency of industrial code is 0,969. Various input variables less affect the output. Based the calculation of technical efficiency of the stochastic frontier of each subsector can be understood that the subsector with the classifikation code 20 of the chemical industry subsector efficiency highest
