The practice of implementing PKWT has a lot of irregularities from the company, especially in fulfilling legal protection for temporary workers or contract workers who should meet the criteria mentioned in the legislation as a legal basis. This problem is not taken seriously by entrepreneurs, this is evidence that the law can be defeated by economic interests. The purpose of this paper is to describe the construction of legal relations between workers for certain time workers with PT. Purna Mandiri Jakarta Foundation and to describe the legal protection for workers in the agreement with PT.Prakarsa Purna Mandiri Jakarta. In this study the author uses a normative doctrinal approach. Because, the approach taken is the legislative approach, the concept approach, and the comparison approach. The author will conduct research whether the agreement related to a specific time agreement with the relevant Party is in accordance with the legislation and doctrine
