Terdapat Pengaruh Pola Asuh Orang Tua Dan Urutan Kelahiran Terhadap Keterampilan Sosial Anak Tk

The research aims to know the influence of parenting and birth order to the children’s social skills of kindergarten B in Gatak district, Sukoharjo. The design of this research is a associative. The population in this research as much as 439 children who come from 24 Kindergartens. The sample as much as 81 children taken by using area proportional random sampling technique. Parenting data, birth order and children's social skills obtained through questionnaire given to the parents of children. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis known that there is significant influence of parenting variables against social skills, proven from results of the t test, known t value calculate parenting is 6,827 with significance 0,000 < 0,05, then Ho is rejected. Effective contribution from parenting is 88,6%. Also known that there is a significant influence of birth order variable against social skills, proven of t value calculate the order of birth is 7,913 with significance 0,000 < 0,05, then Ho is rejected. Effective contributions from brith order is 5,1%. And there is significant influence between the variables of parenting and birth order on the variables of social skills. Proven from F test results, the value of F count = 578,713, and significance level = 0,000 < = 0.05, then Ho is rejected
