Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak (Analisis Putusan Nomor 14/PID.Sus-Anak/2015/PT.MDN dan Putusan Nomor 6/PID.Sus-Anak/2017/PT.MDN)

Law Enforcement of law number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to law number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection (Decision analysis number 14/PID.Sus-child/2015/PT.MDN and Decision number 6/PID.Sus-child/2017/PT.MDN) . Faculty of Law Surakarta Muhammadiyah University. 2018. The purpose of this study is to find out the judicial process in the granting of children's rights as perpetrators and victims of crime and to find out the provision of criminal sanctions against minors as perpetrators of crimes.This study uses a normative doctrinal approach, the law is conceptualized as written norms made and promulgated by an authorized institution or official.Descriptive research type. Data analysis method used by the author is a qualitative normative method.In Decision Number 6/PID.Sus-Anak/2017/PT.MDN does not keep the identity of the child confidential which should be a secret and closed to the public.The identity is kept confidential in Decision Number 14/PID.Sus-Anak/2015/PT.MDN which is a case of sexual harassment. Identification of identity is the child's right and is a form of protection. The granting of child sanctions as perpetrators in the decision is imprisonment which does not need to be carried out with conditions that must be met, fines, and court fees.
