Pengaruh Profesionalisme,Independensi,Budaya organisasi,Motivasi,Serta Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Auditor(Studi Empiris Pada Kantor Inspektorat Pemerintah Eks Karesidenan Surakarta)

This study aims to find empirical evidence about the influence of professionalism, independence, organizational culture, motivation, and leadership style to assess the performance of auditors. Research conducted by auditors working in the Office of Inspectorate of the Government of Surakarta Residency. Sampling using confinien method with a sample of 44 auditors from 6 Inspectorate Offices. The type of research data is primary data. Methods of completing research data using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the variables of professionalism and corporate culture, independent variables, motivation, and leadership style have no effect on the performance of auditors
