Analisis Kesesuaian Penggunaan Lahan Aktual Terhadap Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (Rdtr) Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta

Regional planning is a development planning process that is intended to make changes towards a better development direction for a community, government, and environment in a particular area, by utilizing or utilizing various existing resources, and must have a comprehensive, complete orientation , stick to the principle of priority. The high population growth and socio-economic activities in an area are in line with the high demand for land. The demand for land needs has an impact on the high changes in land use from agriculture to non- agricultural land use. Depok sub-district is one of the sub-districts with the highest increase in land use change compared to other agglomeration districts namely, during the period of 7 years there was an increase in agricultural land use change to non-agriculture by 32.36% or around 896.44 ha (BPS, 2017). Changes in land use must be balanced with a regulation that is able to control and control the rate of growth of change to maintain the balance of spatial planning in an area. This study aims to (1) analyze the suitability of the actual land use to the Spatial Detail Detail Plan (RDTR) of Depok District, Sleman Yogyakarta Regency and (2) analyze the factors that influence the suitability of actual land use to the Depok District Spatial Plan Detail (RDTR) , Sleman, Yogyakarta. The research method used includes the category of indirect observation research and spatial approach analysis. The spatial approach analysis aims to describe the factors that influence the suitability of land use to the Depok District RDTR, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The results showed that the suitability of the actual land use of Depok District RDTR in 2011-2021 found three suitability classes, namely the suitability class of 2086.95 ha or 58.66%, the suitability class was not appropriate for 1095.33 ha or 30.79%, and suitability class is not suitable for 375.71 ha or 10.56%. The factors of land use mismatch are caused by the system of land ownership, economic opportunities, and minimizing socialization
