This study aims to determine the relationship between resilience with work stress employees of one of the textile factories in Surakarta. Hypothesis proposed that there is a negative relationship between resilience with work stress of employees. The sampling technique used in this study is quota sampling. Methods of data collection using quantitative approach with measuring scale of resilience and work stress scale. While data analysis is done by nonparametric Spearman’s rho analysis using SPSS for 16 windows help program.
