This work took as a subject the professional formation and professional practice of technical level musicians from the perspective of the reformulation of Professional Education, which had as one of its goals to provide to the professionalizing educational system in Brazil a closer relationship with the current technological advances and working market demands. The survey had a special interest in the curriculum of the State Conservatory of Music Cora Pavan Capparelli (CEMCPC) of 2005 that established a relational link between education and work.
