Culturas infantis: crianças plurais, plural da infância no cotidiano da educação infantil

This research aimed to investigate and understand the social condition of childhood and identity construction through cultural productions of young children in peer relations in spacetime recess, in collective activities, free and directed, and festivities held in Early Childhood Center Itabuna -BA. The central concern in this research refers to the need to expand the concept of childhood beyond the theoretical conceptions developmental, but to put them in perspective, recognizing its possibilities and limitations. Accordingly, in addition to an age range, develop a study in space and time focusing on routine, from an ethnographic perspective and through participant observation, collective experience among children of the same age and of different ages in moments of recreation, hospitality and festivities. The observations of the children\'s activities were recorded in photos, videos and field notes; Interviews were conducted with twenty-five infants between 3 and 5 years, eight teachers of the institution and four professional management team - principal, assistant principal and two pedagogical coordinators. This research was based on the sociology of childhood and the studies that have been conducted in the field on childhood cultures, with the core concept of childhood as a social construction and children as social actors, active subjects in the conduct of their lives and the construction of society in which they operate. In this way, the partnership with children from CEMEI and their voices guided us during the development of the field work and also guided in the analysis and interpretation presented. Our analysis confirms that children contradict the universal and naturalized concepts of childhood presented by the teachers, because they present themselves as cultural subjects, social actors that in the relations established between them, with adults and with institutional order they constitute their cultures. Thus, the ways of formation and organization of groups, the relationships of friendship, the strategies of participation in child\'s play, the conflicts resolutions, the construction of joint and coordinated actions and the relations with school rules are analyzed as structural elements of children\'s culture.Mestre em EducaçãoO objetivo central deste estudo foi compreender como as crianças vivenciam e produzem suas culturas nas relações entre pares no espaço-tempo do recreio, nas atividades coletivas, livres e dirigidas, e nas festividades realizadas no pátio do Centro Municipal de Educação Infantil em Itabuna/BA. O centro de preocupação nesta investigação refere-se à necessidade de ampliação do conceito de infância para além das concepções teóricas desenvolvimentistas, com a finalidade de colocá-las sob perspectiva, reconhecendo suas possibilidades e limitações. Nesse sentido, para além de um recorte etário, desenvolvemos um estudo em espaços e momentos da rotina, focando, a partir de uma perspectiva etnográfica e por meio da observação participante, experiências coletivas entre crianças da mesma idade e de idades diferentes nos momentos de recreio, acolhida e festejos. As observações das atividades infantis foram registradas em fotografias, vídeos e notas de campo; também foram realizadas entrevistas com vinte e cinco crianças, entre 3 e 5 anos, oito professoras da instituição e quatro profissionais da equipe gestora diretora, vice-diretora e duas coordenadoras pedagógicas. A presente pesquisa fundamenta-se na sociologia da infância e nos estudos que vêm sendo realizados nesse campo sobre as culturas infantis, tendo como núcleo central o conceito de infância como construção social e das crianças como atores sociais, sujeitos atuantes na condução de suas vidas e na construção da sociedade em que se inserem. Dessa forma, a parceria com crianças do CEMEI e suas vozes guiaram-nos durante o desenvolvimento do trabalho de campo e, também, nos nortearam na análise e interpretação apresentadas. Nossas análises confirmam que as crianças contradizem os conceitos universais e naturalizados de infância apresentados pelas professoras, pois se apresentam como sujeitos culturais, atores sociais que, nas relações que estabelecem entre si, com os adultos e com a ordem institucional, constituem suas culturas. Assim, os modos de formação e de organização dos grupos, as relações de amizade, as estratégias de participação nas brincadeiras, a negociação de conflitos, a construção de ações conjuntas coordenadas e as relações com as regras escolares são analisados como elementos estruturantes de uma cultura infantil
