Interactions between university, industry and government Innovation in brazil, under the theoretical optics of the helix triple

This thesis seeks to evaluate how Brazil stimulates the production of knowledge and innovation through the interaction between University, Government and Industry. In light of the Triple Helix theory and through bibliographical research, it is assumed that Innovation is a systemic phenomenon, which does not originate only from an invention in a simple way. There are universities developing research; the industries seeking more specific knowledge and applying it in new products or production processes; and the Government stimulating research through regulation and legal system. We can see the existence of projects in successful triads in Brazil. Nevertheless, it is seen that the spheres Government, Industry and University, must increase their interactions and investments, in order to align the objectives and pondering the interests for a common project, improving so the innovation system.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)O presente trabalho busca avaliar como o Brasil estimula a produção de conhecimento e inovação por meio da interação entre Universidade, Governo e Indústria. À luz da teoria de Tríplice Hélice e por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, parte-se do pressuposto que a Inovação é um fenômeno sistêmico, que não se origina apenas a partir de uma invenção de forma simples. Tem-se as Universidades desenvolvendo pesquisas; as Indústrias buscando um conhecimento mais específico e o aplicando em novos produtos ou processos de produção; e o Governo estimulando as pesquisas por meio da regulação e aparato legal. Constata-se a existência de projetos em tríades bem-sucedidos no Brasil. Apesar disso, vê-se que as esferas Governo, Indústria e Universidade, devem aumentar suas interações e investimentos, a fim de obterem alinhamento dos objetivos e ponderando os interesses para um projeto em comum, melhorando assim o sistema de inovação
