Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is a simulation tool that uses computers with high processing capacity and applies mathematical models for the simulation of fluid flow patterns, making it possible to predict velocity, temperature and pressure profiles, among other specific parameters of the studied system. In this way, the objective of the work was to perform a bibliographic review on the application of CFD, moreover, to study the models used in simulations of spray dryers of CFD and select one the papers found during a literature review and try to reproduce the simulation makes (if) author(s).
