International audienceIn the context of the fight against obesity, public health campaigns aimed at children have especially concerned the nutritional value of products; dividing them into two categories : healthy products and fatty/sugary products. The notion of the pleasure of eating associated with greed was overlooked and led young consumers to stigmatize certain foods. Now, the pleasure of eating is an important factor that facilitates children’s taste learning and search for variety.
