ANALISIS USAHATANI BUNGA POTONG KRISAN (Crysanthemum sp.) DI DESA SIDOMULYO KECAMATAN BUMIAJI KOTA BATU

Agriculture is an important sector in the national economy in Indonesia. Include Chrysanthemum flowers which are flower plants (floriculture) and include in hortikulture sector. Chrysanthemum flowers are popular ornamental plants. Chrysanthemums have a great opportunity to be able to improve the standard of living of farmers because these plants have high economic value and are able to be planted throughout the year as long as sufficient water is available for cultivation. The puposeof this research were to analyzeTo analyze the cost structure of chrysanthemum cut flower farming, calculate farm income of chrysanthemum cut flower farming and to determine the efficiency level of chrysanthemum cut flower farming in sidomulyo village, Bumiaji District. Determination of the location of the study was done intentionally (purposive) with the consideration that Sidomulyo is a village known as the center of ornamental flowers and has the potential of Chrysanthemum cut flowers that are quite wide and scattered. Simple random sampling metode was used to choose the respondents, the amount of respondents was used 35 farmers which taken from 54 farmers in Sidomulyo village. The analysis used is an cost analysis, income and farming efficiency. The result of analysis showed that the production average was 33.865 bundles/Hectare per season, average of total cost was Rp 209.178.330/ hectare per season, and income average was Rp 129.471.670//Hectare per season with the value of R/C ratio was 1,6 which showed that chrysanthemum cut flower farming is feasible to cultivate
