Foreign policy is one policy that is also influenced by policymakers are also adjusted to national interests and existing reality. Yemen is one of the countries in the Gulf of Arabia that has experienced conflict since 2011, and the participation of Saudi Arabia in the Yemeni conflict became a discussion in this writing. Analysis of Saudi Arabia's military intervention policy in Yemen in 2015-2017, is a policy based on the decision maker King Salman Al-Saud who became king since 2015. The aim of the study was to analyze King Salman's policy of Saudi Arabia's military intervention in Yemen using the Poliheuristic theory by Alex Mintz. According to poliheuristics, there are two stages in poliheuristic theory making, the first stage is the emergence of alternatives that are in accordance with the values adopted by policymakers and reality. The second stage of the alternative that appears in the first stage will fall if it is not in accordance with the rationality of policy makers and domestic support. In the end, there was a match between King Salman's values, beliefs, rationality in Saudi Arabia's foreign policy for military intervention in Yemen conflict
