This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on the value of companies with corporate social responsibility as a moderator. This study is an associative study, namely there is a causal relationship. The research data is secondary data obtained from the annual report of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling with a total sample of 13 companies from 43 population of banking companies.
