The proposed research refers to the traditional architecture studies and, particularly, it focuses on the antiseismic vernacular presides: direct testimony of local seismic cultures that, necessarily, some populations had to developed through history. The research aims to discover and describe in these building practices their sustainable and resilient features. The pre-modern architecture keeps in itself some characteristics due to the particular environment, climate and local culture. These kinds of structures had been modified and regenerated along history, through circular processes of direct involvement of the communities in the transformation practices of their living places.
