The aim of this article was describing the basic algorithms of modern simulators with medical purpose. By the way the emphasis was placed on the allocation of augmentation as a basic function supported in the mentioned devices above. We distinguish own and exogenous augmentation. Their combination in medical simulators will theoretically allow to model complex spatial movements of human body parts. Implementation of the principles set out in the medical engineering will create a new level of simulators
