Recent evidence suggests that complex karyotype (CK) defined by the presence of ≥3 chromosomal aberrations (structural and/or numerical) identified by using chromosomebanding analysis (CBA) may be relevant for treatment decision-making in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
