Soft bodies provide new ways for mechanisms to work. They can make actions, such as grabbing, simpler than with rigid structures. However, predicting the behaviour of various soft body designs is challenging. Computational fabrication technologies have revolutionized the fabrication process, but it still takes about a day to create a model. Hence, even with rapid prototyping, iterative random trial and error design process is impractical. Motivated by these facts, in this thesis, we create a user-driven pneumatic soft body simulation tool.
