Background: Adrenaline and vasopressin are widely used to treat people with cardiac arrest, but there is uncertainty about the safety, effectiveness and the optimal dose. Objectives: To determine whether adrenaline or vasopressin, or both, administered during cardiac arrest, afford any survival benefit.
