An Exploratory Study Investigating the Management of Flight Operational Risk with Selected Airlines in the Asia Pacific Region

This is an exploratory study investigating the management of flight operational risk in four airlines from the Asia Pacific Region. A qualitative methodology was utilised; data was obtained by conducting 71 semi-structured interviews with operational employees from these airlines.
