The role of human rights in addressing public health issues within the framework of international health has largely been ignored by mainstream research. It is contended that this is a key problem and that human rights can and should play a more significant role in addressing the issue of nutrition. The key objective of my research in the area of human rights and international health has been to identify the role which the international law can play in addressing ongoing crises in international health.
