Investigating the use of teacher action research based on students’ perceptions of the learning environment to improve secondary high school classrooms

This thesis reports the results of a large-scale research program which sought to investigate how student perceptual data, utilised as part of a targeted professional development activity, could be used to help to guide improvements in secondary high school classrooms and contribute to teacher development and growth.
