International audienceThe study of fibre concrete in an aggressive environment has been the subject of several studies. Our study was based on the behavior of pre-cracked fibre mortars preserved in an aggressive environment. The compositions were made with a water-cement ratio (w/c = 0,5), three percent of fibres were used: 0.25%; 0.50% and 0.75%. In order to evaluate durability and mechanical behavior, two environments were studied: sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and ammonium sulphate (NH4SO4). After 28 days of age, the specimens were pre-cracked to 90% of the breaking load. The results showed that immersion in the sulfuric acid solution would attack the specimens more than the ammonium sulphate solution. Mortars with 0.75% fibres have high compres...
