Tourism as a world-class industry is in great expansion. This is due to several factors (legal, institutional, economic, social, cultural, political, religious, and international). In the paper we will focus on and try to answer the fundamental research question: how positive is the influence of the institutional assumptions in Macedonia on the development of tourism?
