En el presente trabajo nos proponemos analizar la existencia de variaciones morfológicas en una muestra de rostros representados en la Tumba de Neferhotep -TT49-, datada a fines de la dinastía XVIII (Reino Nuevo, Egipto), utilizando para su análisis las técnicas de morfometría geométrica. El objetivo consiste en reconocer cuantitativamente variaciones en la forma de los retratos mediante la aplicación de métodos basados en landmarks sobre imágenes digitales -fotografías y calcos- de perfiles humanos presentes en el registro epigráfico de esta tumba tebana.
