It is mandatory by law for all employers in Nigeria to engage in occupational scheme pension. However, the principles of pension documentation and services are static despite the dynamics of reforms. Most of these problems are caused by the manual approach used by the pension fund administrator. The aim of the pension system is to expedite consumption equalization by making mandatory provision for the future after service.
