The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of intrinsic rewards on the employee job satisfaction, by considering the case of 3-star Hotels in Johor Bahru. This research is a quantitative research which had used the self-administered electronic questionnaire as the instrument for the collection of data. The data was collected and achieved a percentage of 71.05% out of the possible 152 respondents which was derived from the total population of 250 employee who work in the selected 3-star hotel in Johor Bahru. The data collected was then evaluated by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 20 Software.
