Funding for this sort of extra training is often a tremendous obstacle for many small, non-profit animal shelters. MSMP received a 2017 Engaged Opportunity Grant through Engaged Cornell, an organization focused on community-engaged discovery and learning, to address this need in the Finger Lakes region
