OBJECTIVE - To evaluate the association between the use of ACE inhibitors and hospital admission for severe hypoglycemia and to explore the effects of potential confounding variables on this relationship. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS - The association between the use of ACE inhibitors and the incidence of hypoglycemia is controversial.
