Oral Histories on Women in Medicine

Oral history interviews were conducted with 43 women physicians and medical students from 1976-1978 resulting in audio recordings, transcripts and support materials.The digital collection currently includes all the transcripts; audio recordings are available on-site at the archive. Each transcript is indexed and is introduced by a biographical sketch based on the interview. Additionally, there is a combined index to all the transcripts and a printed catalogue of the Collection.
