Aims: Guidelines recommend the use of fractional flow reserve (FFR) to guide percutaneous coronary intervention. For this purpose, physiological lesion assessment without adenosine may have a similar diagnostic accuracy as FFR. We aimed to investigate the performances of FFR, resting instantaneous wave-free ratio (iFR), and resting Pd/Pa compared with [15O]H2O positron emission tomography (PET) perfusion imaging.
