This dataset includes five videos and four raw data-sets that are part of the article “Intercellular Pathways from the Vasculature to the Forming Bone in the Zebrafish Larval Caudal Fin: Possible Role in Bone Formation”. The data set contains two large volume stacks, obtained by cryo FIB-SEM and three fluorescence images. Stack A contains 616 micrographs comprising a volume of x = 30.75 µm, y = 23.06 µm, z = 12.32 µm, with a voxel size of x = 10 nm, y = 10 nm, z = 20 nm. Stack B: contains 609 micrographs comprising a volume of x = 37.4 µm, y = 23.4 µm, z = 24.4 µm, with a voxel size of x = 20 nm, y = 20 nm, z = 40 nm.
