The CAPRAL array was designed to improve local earthquake location and hence understanding of neotectonics in northwestern Australia. These stations provide a useful framework to improve coverage of the Pilbara craton and the Capricorn orogen. The array consists of 27 site with Guralp CMG-3ESP seismometers and Earthdata digitisers.
