International audienceResilience Engineering is an original approach on safety management considering the development of agent's adaptive capacities to the diversity of situations that can occur, as the main target of safety management practices. The Resilience Analysis Grid aims supporting the assessment of key capacities of a resilient organisation. A specific instance is developed for supporting railway safety management.
