This research was aims to explain the effect of leadership style, motivation, work environment, and religiosity on the work productivity to employees of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. This research uses employees of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta as a population. The method of collecting data uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis in this research used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 20. The results showed that leadership style, work environment, and religiosity had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, the variable motivation have no significant influence the work productivity of employees of PT. ...
