DESAIN KOMUNIKASI VISUAL DALAM DAKWAH OLEH GERAKAN PEMUDA HIJRAH BANDUNG MELALUI AKUN INSTAGRAM @pemudahijrah

The development of new media technology can increasingly be felt by humans in various parts of the world. This is also in line with the continued development of internet network technology services and various types of social media platforms which available today. The presence of Instagram as a part of social media is utilized by the Bandung Hijrah Youth Movement (Shift) as an alternative media for their da'wah. Of course, in the creation of content in Instagram that are used as a medium of da'wah, we must use an attractive design to be able to package and convey messages that are good for mad'u or objects of da'wah.. This research is a descriptive qualitative research which examines the poster visual communication design component of Islamic da'wah study which was created and uploaded by the Bandung Hijrah Youth Movement on their Instagram social media account on @pemudahijrah. In examining the posters of Islamic da'wah studies, researchers used the design theory of visual communication by considering the elements of design and the principle of domination/emphasis and the principle of unity. The results of the research that have been done are in the process of designing poster designs of Islamic da'wah studies, the Bandung Hijrah Youth Movement has applied the design elements and principles mentioned earlier. However, there are peculiarities in each study poster that is made that is on the element of strong illustration that produces a strong stopping power value for mad'u
