This Study Aimed to determine the contribution between religiosity and organizational citizenship behavior on the administrative staff of madrasah aliyah in yogyakarta. The result showed that there is a very significant positive correlation between religiosity and organizational citizenship behavior on the administrative staff of madrasah aliyah in yogyakarta shown with significant p = 0,000, the hypothesis mayor is accepted. Based on the result of statistical calculations show that the effective contribution of religiosity on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of 37,7% indicated by R square = 0,377.
