Much has been written about teachers developing their humor so that they can improve the effectiveness of their teaching. Much less has been written, however, about training students to develop their humor - this is a significant shortcoming because research shows that the skill of humor can help a student's future career greatly. This paper explores the facilitation of humor in students within the context of an Electrical Engineering program, with a view to increasing students' long-term employability
