The quality of informality: Explore the possibility of a formal framework, that can be informalized in order to contribute to a resilient, viable neighbourhood.

In the city of Casablanca, informal adaptation to the build environment are made on a daily basis. This shows the beautiful capacity of the users to adapt their environment to their own needs. Nevertheless in the need for more space, core qualities of architecture like light and ventilation can be compromised.
