This report provides an analysis of flood defence asset failure modes, structured acccording to asset and loading type. Failure mode information for each asset is presented in a common format and structured for use within reliability analysis models. The intention is that this document forms a central store of agreed failure mechanisms for flood defence assets and that indivdiual failure mode templates are updated within the report as new or refined methods are developed.Floodsit
