Training is one of the main strategies that organisations have to achieve their goals. In the last decades in Spain there has been a big increase of investment on training, coming from the private and from the public sector. But this increase of investment has not been followed by a con-trol of trainings quality or of trainings impact in the organisations. This article presents the results of a research on How organisations evaluate training", in order to identify the evalua-tion's process organisations apply and to detect the evaluation's culture that is behind.
