This presentation describes a new venture to promote the autistic voice and develop a successful partnership between autistic and non-autistic professionals in the development and delivery of autism training and consultancy. It is essential that the autistic voice is at the forefront of the development and delivery of autism training and consultancy services. Those best equipped to do so are those with direct “lived” experience and knowledge. Too often ‘consultation’ with autistic people is used to ‘promote’ the autistic voice, when what is really required is a true partnership based on equal involvement
