Research on workplace programmes has focused more on employee wellness and not much on employee wellbeing ((Berry, Mirabito & Baun, 2012; Kossak, kaliath & Kaliath, 2012). The reason for such focus is traditionally, the workplace programmes concentrated on physical health of employees and troubled employees (Walsh, 1982) rather than on a more holistic whole life experiences of employees (Malajti, 2001). Supervisors and managers plays a major role in the utilisation of Employee Wellbeing Programmes, because of their close relationship with the employees who are expected to use the services.
