ISPARTA İLİ MİLLİ PARKLARININ REKREASYONEL FAALİYETLERDE KULLANIMI

In this study, some activites as the understanding of national parks in the world and in Turkey, Isparta current status of national parks, national park and local community relationships, positive and negative effects of the national parks, recreational activities, and approaches of these activities to the local people were discussed.The study is designed to sustainable use of national parks and to help in planning the recreational national park areas in the frame of conservation-using balance.Considering this aim, some interviews with local people living in the national park borders, with the visitors and government officials working in the management of national parks were held.As a result of these negotiations some of the problems towards prevention strategies as well as recreational activities in National park areas have been identified and recommendations for these problems were offered. In the national park areas including the most important natural beauties of the province of Isparta it is necessary to build modern and rational protection schemes, on the other hand, the development of more qualified recreational activities in these areas as in developed countries is crucialÖZETBu çalışmada, dünyadaki ve Türkiye’deki milli park anlayışı, Isparta ili milli parklarının günümüzdeki durumu, milli park-yerel halk ilişkisi, milli parklardaki rekreasyonel faaliyetlerin olumlu-olumsuz etkileri ve bu faaliyetlere yerel halkın yaklaşımları ele alınmıştır. Çalışma, Isparta ili milli parklarının sürdürülebilir kullanılmasına ve milli park alanlarında rekreasyonel faaliyetlerin koruma-kullanma dengesi doğrultusunda planlanmasına yardımcı olmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, milli park sınırlarında yaşayan yerel halkla, parka gelen ziyaretçilerle ve milli park yönetiminde çalışan kamu görevlileri ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Bu görüşmeler sonucunda milli park alanlarında; hem koruma stratejilerine, hem de park alanlarında rekreasyonel faaliyetlere yönelik bazı sorunlar tespit edilmiş ve bu sorunlara yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.
