The purpose of this study is to determine how much the teachers behave according toorganizational citizenship process in their schools. Organizational citizenship behavior isabout sportmanship and alturizm, it is not a formal compulsative process. To define abehavior as an organizational citizenship one, it must not to be gifted or punished directly orindirectly in an organization.
